What if Your Estimate is Higher than My Insurance Claim?

Top Shape Roofing and Remodeling will negotiate any price differences with your insurance company and will do the work according to their set rates.

What if My Insurance Company Issues Me a Partial Check and Won't Issue the Rest until Proof of Completion?

We realize that each insurance company is different.

If your insurance holds a portion of your check until the work is completed then we ask that you pay what you have and we will submit a certificate of completion to the insurance company. It usually takes 7-10 business days for a check of the remaining amount to arrive at your home.

What if My Insurance Company Issues a Check for Both Me and My Mortgage Company to Sign?

Top Shape Roofing and Remodeling is aware that when you have a mortgage on your home, the insurance company may require a signature from them.

In this case, we ask you to submit the check to them as soon as possible. You will more than likely receive the check back before the job is completed. Please let your Top Shape representative know beforehand so there are no surprises at the time of completion.
